Our low carbon design team of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineers, Building Surveyors and Architectural Technologists have extensive experience in delivering professional design services for our clients.

Cost Management
We understand the importance of cost management and its key role in delivering a project on or below budget.
We have an experienced team of cost consultants that have worked within multiple sectors, providing value for money services for our clients. Value for money to us means using the resources available and delivering the maximum benefit for our clients.
Our quantity surveyors will work with you to establish the best route of procurement and the most suitable form of contract. At the early stages of a project we have the knowledge and experience to produce pre-preliminary feasibility studies, cost plans, grant funding applications and full tender documentation.
Throughout the project our pro-active cost monitoring and reporting ensures that there are appropriate financial controls in place to manage out any risks. We therefore fulfill our clients expectations, who can be confident that the project will be delivered within budget.
Principal Designer / Health & Safety
Our Health & Safety (H&S) practitioners work with you and the project team to understand and mitigate any possible risks and hazards that might result from implementing a project. We subsequently develop and implement the correct strategy to address any concerns ensuring all parties are aware before any construction begins.
Our consultants can fulfill the roles of Principal Designer, CDM Consultant and Health & Safety Advisor to assist clients, designers and contractors to carry out their duties and remain compliant under the latest health and safety regulations.
Contract Management
During the construction phase of a project, our highly skilled contract consultants offer a wealth of experience in administrating contracts on behalf of our clients.
We provide guidance on the correct contract type to select for your project and prepare the relevant documentation, covering all aspects of the project. Once executed our role ensures all parties are working within the requirements of the contract and any disputes are resolved quickly and efficiently.
We offer both employers agent and contract administrator roles to execute JCT and NEC type contracts. We provide our clients with certainty that the project will be delivered as designed, within budget and on time.
